Q: How long do your products last?  

A: Our core 160g candles burn for approximately 35-40 hours, depending on the conditions in which it is burned. For maximum results please refer to our candle care guide. 

Our wax melts have an approximate burn time of around 60 hours, you get 6 large cubes with our wax melts and these can be re-used and usually last around 3 tea lights. 

Our car diffusers should last you around 3 months, however, the longevity of the car diffusers is dependant on how often you refresh the reeds with the oil. 

Q: What wax do you use?  

A: We use 100% natural plant-based soy wax.  

Q: What wicks do you use?  

A: Our wicks are eco-friendly cotton wicks. 

Q: Do you offer any vegan or cruelty-free candles?  

A: Yes, our entire product range is vegan and cruelty-free and has not been tested on animals. 

Q: How should I care for my candle?  

A: To ensure the best burn and longevity of your candle, keep the wick trimmed to 1/4 inch and burn for no longer than 4 hours at a time. You must always allow the candle wax to pool to the edges to avoid tunnelling. Always place the candle on a heat-resistant surface and away from any flammable materials. Trim your wick before each and every burn. 

Q: Can I reuse the candle jar after the candle has burned down? 

 A: Yes, our candle jars are designed to be reusable. Simply clean out any remaining wax and wick residue, and you can use the jar for storage, decoration, or even as a new candle holder with a new candle. Our candles come with a special seed filled dust cover, once you have finished your candle and cleaned your jar you can add this dust cover to some soil, and it will grow wildflower seeds.

Q: Do you offer custom scents or personalised candles?  

A: Yes, we offer custom scents and personalised candles for special events or collaborations. We would be happy to work alongside you to create a product that you love and we can offer a range of different materials, vessels and products. Q: How fast will my order arrive? 

 A: We aim to post all of your orders out between 1 and 4 working days. We ship using a Royal Mail second class signed-for service and you will receive a notification from us as soon as your order has been shipped. You will receive a tracking number which will allow you to track the delivery of your parcel.  

Please ensure your full shipping address is correct as once we have shipped your parcel, we are not responsible for any parcels not delivered due to incorrect addresses. 

Q: What is your return policy for candles? 

 A: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your candle, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it to fully explain any issues.  

If your items arrive damaged, please take photos of the damage and the packaging alongside your contact details and we will get back to you as soon as we can. You must get in touch regarding any damaged parcels within 24 hours.
